Our editorial improvements can be found throughout the catalogue. In this edition, we have focused on expanding the information provided in the footnotes to include the date of withdrawal of each stamp. This will enable collectors to see at a glance whether or not a specimen is still a valid stamp. For Belgium and Luxembourg, we have added the numbers of issue. In the case of Luxembourg, this relates to last year's new issues, and in the case of Belgian stamps, we have also added the exact numbers of individual issues from sets. Sheet collectors will find more detailed information on the configuration of the counter sheets issued by Luxembourg between 1980 and 2000.
