Gift vouchers, if offered in the shop, can be purchased just like any other item. Once you have purchased a Gift Voucher and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear in your shopping basket. You can then use the "Send Gift Voucher" link to send the desired amount by email.

How to send a Gift Voucher
To send a Gift Voucher, please click on the "Send Gift Voucher" link in your shopping basket. To be able to send a Gift Voucher, we need the following information from you
  • First and last name of the recipient.
  • A valid e-mail address for the recipient.
  • The amount you wish to send (you can also send partial amounts of your balance)
  • Send a short message to the recipient.
Please check your details before sending. You always have the possibility to correct your data before sending.

Shopping with a gift voucher
Once you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use them to pay for your order. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to redeem your funds. If your balance is less than the value of your order, you must choose your preferred payment method for the difference. If your Gift Voucher is greater than the value of your purchase, the remaining funds will be available for your next order.

Book a gift voucher
If you have received a gift voucher by email, you can apply the amount as follows:
  • Click on the link in the email. If you do not already have a personal account, you have the option to open one.
  • Once you have added a product to your basket, you can enter your gift voucher code.

  • Your customer number,
  • The Gift Voucher Code,
  • Error messages from the system as well as the browser you are using.
