Advance payment
If you choose Prepayment as your payment method, you will be paying in advance. The goods will be reserved for you for 14 days.
And so it goes:
- Select the payment method ‘Prepayment’ during the order process and finalise the order.
- Once your order has been checked and processed, you will receive an order confirmation from us with the invoice amount to be paid and our bank details. Creditworthiness required.
- Please note that immediate collection is not possible when paying in advance.
Payment via third-party providers not possible!
Payments from abroad:
- Please note that all bank charges for international transfers are the responsibility of the customer. We will only be able to dispatch your order once we have received payment in full.

Larger purchases (from 100.00 Euro) can be made conveniently and paid for over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months*. Early repayment is possible at any time and at no extra charge.

When ordering by credit card, a security procedure is used that is set by the bank that issued your card. Depending on your bank, you may be asked for a password to prevent fraudulent use of your card. If you do not have a password, you may be asked to enter one for the first time when you place an order in our store and for all future purchases on the Internet.
You can also pay via PayPal with your credit card.
Invoice purchase for regular customers
In principle, purchase on account is only possible for regular customers, public institutions, authorities and companies with no open items.
For first-time orders, please select a different payment method. For regular customers, we will automatically activate the purchase on account option after 5 orders (creditworthiness required).
The invoice amount is payable within 8 days for private customers and within 30 days for public institutions, companies and authorities.
Only for customers in the Federal Republic of Germany and Austria.
Gift Vouchers
You can redeem your voucher in the shopping basket.
- A voucher once redeemed is irrevocable and cannot be returned.
- The voucher value is not redeemable for cash.
- The voucher does not apply to Best Price items.
- It is not possible to split the voucher.
- Depending on the type of voucher (promotional, gift), multiple vouchers can be redeemed per order.
- The value of the voucher will only be applied to the value of the goods, not the delivery charge.
- Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed once per customer per promotion.
